Hostinger Business Plan has more advanced features than the Hostinger Premium Plan.

For example, the Premium Plan doesn’t offer free CDN, on-demand backup, and daily website backup which the Business Plan provides. Another is that its SSD storage is half of what you get on the Business plan.

Also, Hostinger Business has a WordPress staging tool that you can use to test changes made to your site without affecting your live site. Unfortunately, Hostinger Premium lacks this feature.

In addition, The Business plan has lots of ecommerce features that you can’t get on the Premium Plan.

Let’s look at other Hostinger plans and features and how they compare against each other

Single Plan – Best for beginner bloggers (price is $1.99/month)

Premium Plan – Best for hosting multiple sites (price is $2.99/month)

Business Plan – Best for small businesses and organizations ( price is $3.99/month)

Cloud Startup – Best for large agencies and organizations ( price is $9.99/month)

Why Do Most Bloggers Prefer Hostinger?

When it comes to blogging, there are 3 core features bloggers lookout for in any web hosting provider. Hostinger provides them and we look at them below:

Excellent Uptime

There’s nothing frustrating as experiencing frequent server downtime. It sends your blog visitors away, making you lose potential leads that can convert to sales.

Hostinger guarantees 99.9%uptime. That’s one of the reasons many bloggers prefer it.

Don’t take my word for it, below is Hostinger uptime in the last 30-days:

Optimal Speed

Hostinger offers high-quality web hosting resources which ensures optimal speed. Bloggers want their web pages to load under 3 minutes knowing fully well that a visitor will hit the back button if it takes more than that.

That’s why Hostinger uses LightSpeed web server technology to ensure fast loading of web pages. And for bloggers that manage their blogs on WordPress, it uses Object Cache to reduce website response time up to 3 times.

Customer Support

New bloggers are always in a hurry to contact the support team of their web hosting to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Hostinger Shared Hosting vs Competitors

Not cool with any of the Hostinger shared hosting plans?

 No issues!

There are Hostinger competitors that also have shared hosting plans. An example is Bluehost.

You can read this article where I reviewed Bluehost shared hosting plans.

Another is Namecheap. It also has shared hosting plans that start at $1.48/month

Hostinger Shared Hosting vs VPS: Any difference?

Yes, there is a difference between Hostinger shared and VPS hosting.

On the shared hosting, you share a server with another website – this can impact your hosting while on VPS, a virtual server is partitioned, so you don’t share with another site. Also, VPS hosting gives you root access to customize resources that shared hosting lacks.

Their pricing plans vary. VPS is a bit pricey compared to shared hosting plans.

What’s the difference between Hostinger VPS and Cloud?

Hostinger Cloud uses multiple servers by combining the power of VPS and shared hosting to optimize the performance of your website while Hostinger VPS partitions a server to you, so you can manage resources allocated to your hosting.

Hostinger VPS requires you to be technically sound to manage your hosting especially when it comes to using the root access to customize resources in your server. On Cloud hosting, Hostinger’s technical team takes care of any technical stuff.

Cloud hosting offers features that guarantee optimal website performance and is suitable for businesses looking for dedicated resources to grow their website without limitations. On Hostinger VPS, you have to make do with the resources allocated to your server.

The bottom line is:

Hostinger cloud hosting offers high-end web hosting features and is suitable for large business websites and ecommerce stores.

Hostinger VPS is for small business websites that want to upgrade from shared hosting plans, have their own partitioned server, and customize resources using root access.
