This email will state if you have been approved to be an affiliate of GetResponse or not. It takes a minimum of 24 hours to receive the email at least from my experience. When you receive the email and your affiliate account is approved, congrats.
You will see the link to log into your GetResponse affiliate account in the email. Below is the email I received from GetResponse congratulating me for joining the affiliate program.
Click on the link to your account and you will be taken directly to your affiliate dashboard. There you see your promotional materials, earnings & payouts, affiliate link & campaign, referred accounts, etc.

Commission rate
There are two different types of commission rates that GetResponse offers. The one-time $100 and 33% monthly recurring commission. You make a choice between the two when you want to sign up.
The $100 affiliate bounty program implies that you earn a commission of $100 for any customer that subscribed to any of the GetResponse’s pricing plans through your affiliate link.
And you won’t earn any other commission from that customer’s subscription. For the affiliate recurring program that pays 33% monthly recurring commission, it simply means that you will earn 33% monthly commission for any plan a customer subscribed to through your affiliate link. Provided they renew their monthly subscription.
Cookie life
Many affiliate programs have cookie life and GetResponse isn’t an exception. Cookie life means the duration during which a user can make use of an affiliate link after clicking on it to make a purchase for the commission to count for you as an affiliate.
GetResponse has a cookie life of 120 days. This duration is better than that of Activecampaign affiliate program which has 90 days cookie life.
GetResponse also tracks this affiliate link clicks even if users navigate directly to their website. Provided they don’t delete their cookies.
Methods of payment for commission earned
The commission you earn is paid through USD check, Euro transfer, or ACH. It could also be through other methods which you personally agreed with GetResponse.
If you choose USD check as your payment method, you’ll receive your check via the mailing address you provided. And that is on the 20th of the subsequent month.
Also, commission through Euro transfer and ACH are paid on the same day with USD check. GetResponse has a flexible payment method for its affiliates.
At least affiliates who reside in countries where PayPal is not supported can still join the program since PayPal is not a payment option here.
Payment threshold
For some affiliate programs, there is a minimum amount you must earn in commission before you can be paid. That is the payment threshold.
Many affiliates frown at this because they want to receive their commission immediately after they earn it. GetResponse has its payment threshold of $50.

However before you can promote Activecampaign as an email marketing tool, you must have an email marketing account. Don’t worry.
You don’t need to subscribe to a paid plan. Take advantage of the 14-day free trial to create an account and then sign up for the affiliate program. The affiliate commission paid is of 3 tiers: Silver tier (20%), Gold tier (25%), and Platinum tier (30%).
You will receive your earned commission via PayPal email address which must be the same as the email address you used when you joined the affiliate program.
Your earned commission must amount to at least $100 before you can be paid. Plus it takes 30 days of each calendar month to receive your commission.
The downside of this affiliate program is that affiliates who reside in countries or locations where PayPal is not supported can’t join since PayPal is the only payment option available on Activecampaign.

ConvertKit affiliate program
If you’re an affiliate who wants to earn commission immediately they are approved without any threshold, then Convertkit is the affiliate program to join.
It pays you a 30% recurring commission for every customer that subscribes to the service using your affiliate link. And PayPal is the only payment option here.
So if you live in countries where PayPal isn’t available, then you can’t join this affiliate program otherwise you can’t receive the commission you have earned.
Also, it could take up to 60 days for you to receive your payment. This is to give time for refunds. Its cookie life is 90 days.

SendX affiliate program
Although not one of the most popular email marketing tools, SendX has an affiliate program that is the same as what other email marketing platforms offer.
You earn a 30% monthly recurring commission for any customer that subscribed to the paid plan via your affiliate link provided they remain active on SendX.
The cookie life of clicks on affiliate links is up to 120 days. Plus you have access to promotional materials like banners, and sales copies.
However, Payouts are done only through PayPal. So if you’re an affiliate who resides in a location where PayPal isn’t functional, this is not a program you should join.
